	To support parents and carers by providing a central information website on infants/toddlers and the media.

	To take proactive steps to address health, educational and parental concerns regarding the effects of modern day media delivery methods on young developing brains.

	To research, develop and offer parents a new educational media for tots which is specifically designed to be age-appropriate in both content and delivery (Tell me more about RVI-Free media..)

	To support The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in its calls for further research into media and the very young.

	To contribute substantially to the development and provision of quality educational media for young viewers within Australia and beyond.

The Minimedia Initiative® has received the approval of leading world experts Dr Dimitri Christakis (Senior Paediatrician and Assoc. Professor at the School of Medicine, University of Washington, USA) and Professor Daniel Anderson, Ph.D. (University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA).

Minimedia has also gained the approval of prominent Australian pediatricians including Dr John Irvine and Dr Michael McDowell(leading author of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians’ policy on children and the media).
