Delivery
We deliver to any where in Australia and New Zealand. If you reside outside Australia or New Zealand and would like to purchase one or more of the Bab-e-books® DVD series titles, please contact us directly at info@bab-e-books.com.au.

Purchased goods are delivered via Australia Post and should be received within approximately 7-10 working days of receipt of order and payment clearance. Whilst we make every effort to meet your order within the shortest possible timeframe, dispatch and delivery dates are estimated and cannot form a part of these terms. Delivery charges for Bab-e-books DVD/CD-ROM titles are AU$2.75 per unit to anywhere in Australia and AU$4.25 to anywhere in New Zealand.

Out of Stock
If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (this excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the option of placing your order on back order if Minimedia is simply restocking. You will also have the option of choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Minimedia.

Returns
We want you to be totally happy with any purchases that you make from us. We will therefore accept returns for refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. Goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition unless the product is faulty. Should your product be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will also need to return the goods with labels and packaging.

Customers requesting a refund need to contact Minimedia for a returns acceptance number prior to the return taking place. Delivery costs are not refundable unless there has been an error on the part of Minimedia however no shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If an error is ever made by us in terms of orders and delivery, please contact us during business hours and we will act immediately to correct the problem. At Minimedia, we make every effort to ensure that goods dispatched are in perfect order. Whilst Minimedia cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit it will request Australia Post to carry out a full investigation.
